ABOUT STATE DEFICIENCIES:
Nursing Homes and hospitals are Medicare and/or Medicaid certified and licensed by the state in which they operate. They are required to comply with rigid standards enforced by regular facility inspections and extensive evaluations.
At Facility Maintenance Services we guaranty your satisfaction, if any of our departments fail state inspection, (maintenance, janitorial or laundry) Facility Maintenance Services will deduct 10% off the following months invoice.
Our Goal is to provide the highest quality maintenance, laundry and housekeeping services for your residents and visitors. We provide effective alternative solutions to the daily house keeping activities.
