| These rates are based on a standard configuration of a 1 living, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom & 1 kitchen. If additional rooms are required to be cleaned, please add an additional $10.00 per room for all listed rates above. The initial cleaning cost may start at $90.00 however this cost may be go higher depending on the house. The initial cleaning is very thorough, so we can get your home cleaned well the first visit. |
