His expertise in maintenance / engineering is further enhanced by his broad knowledge and strong relationships with state and local agencies. He currently holds a, Black Seal Boiler, Refrigeration and a Energy Management Licenses.
Paul S. Napolitano, C.E.O / President & Founder:
oversees all field supervisory and inspections of staff, coordinates and administers in-house training seminars for all new personnel. Mr. Malone has over 20 years experience in residential, commercial and industrial operations industry. Mr. Malone brings to the company enhanced productivity of sales, service representatives and management personnel, through the creation of strong administrative and client service system controls.
Frank M. Malone, Regional Supervisor:
oversees regional supervision of the northern New Jersey facilities. Mr. Dragona retains more than 30 years of experience in the maintenance and engineering fields. Contributing to his profile is his extensive background in the residential, industrial & commercial industry. His previous employment with Bethlehem Steel, Weehawken Board of Education further compliments his years of experience. He currently holds a, (blue on blue) Engineers License.
Richard Dragona, Operating Engineer:
is responsible for maintaining all personnel records, applications, payroll, employee benefits & daily duty logs. Ms. Tobon's dedication and attention to detail assures that our accounts and personnel are fully satisfied. Ms. Tobon further enhances the company by being tri-lingual in English, Spanish and Japanese.
