Facility Maintenance Services offers 100% guarantied repair and maintenance costs. We establish preventive maintenance schedules based on manufactures recommendations and equipment conditions. We repair or replace broken and failed parts. We assign qualified Regional Managers to our clients to perform walkthroughs with management and handle every operational aspect of the building facility for the Property manager. We provide all of this to our clients (preventive maintenance, repair of broken equipment, walkthroughs for consulting, and handling of small miscellaneous projects) at one fixed expense. Locking in their Repair and Maintenance cost.
Facility Maintenance Services begins every relationship with a total facilities walkthrough. We evaluate the client's equipment and building systems, analyze the client's previous year's R&M expenditures, and current contracts.
Based on the national average, we establish and all-inclusive price. Our clients receive the security of locked in pricing, "one call does it all" service.
We also have other programs based on time and material, which are offered at a competitive rate.
Facility Maintenance Services services will be delivered through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. |

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE |

Established by analyzing the client's equipment and systems and researching the manufacturers' recommended service for that item(s) thus producing an annual maintenance schedule.

Preformed by utilizing all the above services as well as taking into consideration the age and condition of the item(s) and any prognosis developed from the maintenance schedule procedures i.e. high amp draws on motors, temperature controls fluctuating outside of manufactures recommendations, etc.). |

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE |

If any situation that does not fall within the first two. This maintenance will usually occur between normally scheduled visits and will be called in by the client's management staff to our 24/7 dispatcher or may be logged directly on the internet. The dispatcher will receive the information, log the call, designate the appropriate action, and follow through with the client and/or service technician until corrective maintenance is completed. (Job procedures are attached to proposal.) |
