Temporary Staffing
Because our primary focus is on quality maintenance & janitorial services, we encourage and train our employees to provide exceptional services to our customers that are second to none.

Facility Maintenance Services prides itself on the quality of employees that we hire and for that reason, we decided to expand our business to include temporary H-E-L-P, (hourly - employed - loan - placement ) service to our customers. We will provide temporary laborers to the hard jobs that occasionally come up in your business or we can supply temporary labor on regular basis. That way you can concentrate on the important aspects of your business while leaving the payroll processing, insurance and taxes to us.
Training is an essential tool in order for all employees to perform their job effectively and safely. Such work-related training is crucial and must be done on a continuous and constant basis. The following are the different types of training that the company provides to all employees:

New Hire Training - Upon hire, all employees go through an orientation process where they review manuals, specified rules for the account and review the Facility Maintenance Services Safety Manual and Material Safety Data Sheets.

An experienced employee then trains the new employee on their job duties. Both the experienced and new employee will do the job slot together. Once the new employee is familiar with their duties and the routine they will then work without the experienced employee.

Monthly Training Meeting - Once a month the account Supervisor will conduct a training meeting with the crew on various equipment or various topics.

Supervisor’s Training - Supervisor training is conducted quarterly by the Regional Manager. The topics for the Supervisor’s training are also directed from the Safety Committee.

New Jersey background investigation
Criminal background check
Pre-employment county-wide criminal records check
